Delivery

We post orders daily from Monday to Friday. Our daily cut-off point is 2pm (UK time) and any orders ordered before the 2pm deadline will be posted the same day. At checkout, UK customers have the option of choosing either the free delivery service which is Royal Mail tracked 48 or the next working day option of Special Delivery at a charge of £5.

International orders are posted using Royal Mail International and we adopt the same daily 2pm (UK time) cut-off.

 

Returns

We offer customers a 14 day return policy from date of delivery. We regret that we will not accept returns outside the 14 day period

We will only accept returns when the tags are attached and the item is in the condition that in which it was received. In the case of clothing will include the item packaging undamaged  and in the case of footwear, the box undamaged. If we are unable to re-sell the item as a customer has returned an item in an unfit state then we reserve the right to reject the return.

Returns should be sent to the address on the delivery note and the delivery note should be included with the return to speed up our returns, inspection and refund process.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the date of your return arriving at our offices for the inspection and refund process to be completed

We recommend that you return the item with adequate tracking and insurance.

UK customers will be refunded in full as per the Distance Selling regulation or in the case of an exchange, it will be posted free of charge.

International customers will be refunded less the postage that we charged at the point of order or in the case of an exchange, we will invoice customers for the additional postage cost in sending the exchange.
