Smiths was founded in 1974 by a local family with a history in designer retail. Smiths was introduced to provide the best labels and customer service, and now having been open for over 35 years the store has an extensive brand profile and continues to introduce new labels on a regular basis. Smiths has continued to expand over the years and now includes a stand alone ladies store and to accommodate some of the best premium brands available David Jason menswear has been introduced to further enhance our brand portfolio. Our dedication and success has been recognized within the fashion industry and this was proved by Smiths winning an FHM Menswear Award for Best Small Retailer of the Year voted for by some of the leading figures in the fashion world.

Having now introduced this transactional website, the Smiths and David Jason shopping experience can be achieved from the comfort of your own computer.

Smiths is an official stockist of the brands listed on our website and we do not sell factory seconds or grey market goods.
